IVIS Spectrum系统同时具备二维及三维断层水平的生物发光、荧光、切伦科夫辐射成像功能，能够无创伤地在活体动物水平对疾病的发生发展及治疗、细胞的动态变化、基因的实时表达进行长期观测。基于顶级的硬件配置，系统具备了业内公认最高灵敏度的生物发光及荧光成像性能，并且是目前唯一同时具备生物发光和荧光三维成像性能的系统，因此能够和其它模式的三维影像系统（如MRI、CT 及 PET 等）联合使用，将不同模式的三维影像进行融合，实现功能性 成像与结构性成像的结合。
